Private Practice
A spin-off of Grey’s Anatomy, the series takes place at Seaside Health & Wellness Center (formerly Oceanside Wellness Group) and chronicles the life of Dr. Addison Montgomery, played by Kate Walsh, as she leaves Seattle Grace Hospital in order to join a private practice, located in Los Angeles. Private Practice also revolves around Addison’s co-workers at Oceanside Wellness Center, and how they deal with patients and the practice while still finding time to live their everyday lives.

How much fun was THIS? I am so lucky to have been a part of Shonda Rhimes’ vast and humane imagination and to have made some of the best friends of my life. After “Judging Amy,” I wanted to be part of an ensemble, to share the workload and have a better work/life balance. I hit the jackpot with this one. Violet Turner became an indelible character – flawed, funny, and strong – and it seems that “Private Practice” is forever young with the wonder of streaming. THANK YOU to the best fans in the world for watching and for loving these characters as much as we did.
